UFO SEWING DAY
Do you have so many UFOs that
you’ve lost count? Could you use a
little structure, discipline or
encouragement to get yourself back
on track? Have you lost motivation
or hit a stumbling block which is
keeping you from making progress?
If you have answered YES to any of the
questions I have asked, then please
pack up your WIPs (works in
progress) and come sew for the day
without distractions or
interruptions!
We will meet once a month. Sign up for one session or as many as you need!
What to bring: • One of your unfinished projects…with pattern, fabrics and partially sewn pieces and blocks • Your enthusiasm, determination and positive attitude to put a dent in your project backlog • Sewing machine in good working order with a 1/4” foot, new 80/12 needle, power cord, foot pedal and bobbins. • General sewing supplies/notions to include thread, fine pins, scissors, Clover clips, and seam ripper. I also recommend bringing Mary Ellen’s Best Press or Acorn Precision Piecing Products. • Rotary cutter with new blade and acrylic quilting rulers necessary for your project If you have any questions, or need help with a particular technique, please contact Annlee by email, annlee.landman@comcast.net or call/text to 970-846-7830. We will take a break for lunch, so please bring something from home (we have a fridge and microwave in the classroom) or you can run out to a local restaurant for takeout.
