It’s Magic! You’ll sew this quilt using straight seams and only one block type... and “POOF” out will pop circles and 4-petaled blossoms. The quilt finishes as a 60” x 80” throw quilt, and is a lovely opportunity to use scrap fabrics or fat quarters. This class covers techniques for rotary cutting with a template, precise seams and sharp corners; and is suitable for experienced beginners.
Supply list: ● A copy of the pattern: “Evening Primrose in Bloom” by Pinecone Hill. Please read the pattern before class. ● Fabric for the quilt top according to pattern instructions ● TWO copies of the template page in the pattern ● Rotary cutter with a fresh blade, and acrylic ruler(s). If you need to purchase them, I recommend a 45 mm cutter and a rectangular acrylic ruler that is at least 5” by at least 12”. Cutting mats are provided for use during class. ● Sewing machine, feet, bobbins and needles (size 80/12 is recommended) ● All purpose piecing thread (in a color to match background) ● Paper scissors and invisible tape ● The basics: pins, needles, seam ripper, fabric scissors, etc.  ● There will be a break for lunch, so bring a sack lunch or cash for ordering take-out. ● Questions? or 720-204-8679
