Pattern: Lucky Stars by Atkinson Designs
See the back of the pattern for the amount of fabric needed for the size quilt you plan to make. This quilt if “Fat Quarter Friendly” so full 1/4th yard cuts (9” X 44”) won’t work well. A fat quarter is 18” X 22”.
Sewing machine including a ¼ inch foot if you have one (bring all the feet if you are not sure.)
Rotary cutter (the shop provides a mat)
Rulers: 24” or 12” long ruler plus a square ruler about 9 ½” square.
Thread to coordinate—probably grey or tan
Basic sewing supplies—straight pins, scissors, seam ripper, extra machine needles, etc.
Bring a sack lunch, or the shop can help you order a lunch from a local restaurant—cash only for the lunch, please.
